St. Louis Cardinals Manager Mike Matheny spoke on the Illinois College campus in January in front of a crowd of about a thousand gathered to hear insight from his long career in professional baseball.
The event follows in IC’s tradition of linking athletics to academics which has brought success to alumni like Rachel Macon ’11, Corey Miggins ’03 and Amy Wilson ’93.
