Illinois College Director of Athletics Mike Snyder has announced the promotion of Caitlyn Moody to the director of athletic facilities and compliance.

Moody has spent the previous four years at Illinois College as the assistant women's basketball coach.

“I am incredibly excited about Caitlyn moving into this role,” Snyder said. “She has been a constant contributor to the department over her four years, and I am sure she will excel in her new role.”

“Caitlyn's passion for facilities, operations and compliance, along with her remarkable work ethic will position her for great success and help propel the Office of Intercollegiate Athletics to increased levels of success.”

As the director of athletic facilities and compliance, Moody will manage the facility operations of all the IC athletic facilities including the Bruner Fitness and Recreation Center and England Stadium, direct all aspects of game management for home contests and events, and oversee the compliance of IC athletic programs within NCAA and Midwest Conference guidelines. Moody began her new duties at Illinois College on June 1. Moody’s position is funded in part through an NCAA Strategic Alliance Matching grant.
