We are excited to launch our new self-service and mobile-friendly financial aid tool: Student Financial Services Web Forms. By accessing your information through this secure portal, you will be able to electronically sign documents and submit documents directly to our office.

SFS Web Forms can be accessed through the Illinois College Sign-On portal
To create your SFS Web Forms Account:
- Go to login.ic.edu and click on the SFS Web Forms app*
- Enter or confirm your student information
- Click "Create Account"
* New Students | Access your Illinois College login information through admission.ic.edu/apply/status
