Dr. Ashley Kort Morhardt is a postdoctoral research associate in the Department of Neuroscience at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. She uses an array of techniques to investigate the function and evolution of craniofacial anatomy in dinosaurs and their extant relatives. Ashley earned a Master of Science degree in biology from Western Illinois University and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in ecology and evolutionary biology from Ohio University.
