Information for Nursing Graduates
- Rehearsal for the nurse pinning ceremony will take place on Friday, May 1 at 10 a.m. in Rammelkamp Chapel prior to the ceremony. Nursing graduates will gather in basement of the chapel and will line up alphabetically. The rehearsal will last approximately 30 minutes.
- Please dress business casual for the event.
- Nursing graduates and their families are welcome to attend the reception on the Baxter Patio following the ceremony for refreshments.
Disability Services
- Special seating areas are provided for hearing impaired individuals and those in wheelchairs. For the hearing impaired, the ceremony will be signed. For individuals needing handicapped accessibility, please note the following drop-off locations:
- McGaw Fine Arts Center: unload at the main entrance located on the west side of the building.
- Accessible restrooms are located in the McGaw lobby, as well as Kirby Learning Center, Baxter Hall, Parker Science Building, Whipple Hall, Caine Student Center and Bruner Fitness and Recreation Center.
