When making a complaint in regard to disability related issues, the student should first lodge an informal complaint with Disability Resources (DR). Upon receipt of the complaint, DR will confer with the student to establish the nature of his/her complaint. DR shall provide a copy of the appropriate campus policy and inform the student of the avenues in which the specific issue can be addressed.
