Living On Campus
"Some first-year students worry about living in our traditional dorms. I worried about it, too! But I quickly discovered the benefits. Dorms like Ellis, Gardner, and Pixley are full of first-year students, making it so much easier to meet new people and build friendships right away. The close-knit community and social atmosphere really help you feel at home from the start!"

Dorms
Studies show that dorm living fosters connection, understanding, and confidence. You’ll share a room with 1-2 roommates and access shared-living spaces (kitchenette, common lounges, bathrooms) with your dorm mates. This style housing is ideal for first-year students since it’s designed to help you build lifelong friendships.
Suites contain two bedrooms and a shared bathroom for groups of friends to make their own. This option works well for sophomores and juniors who are engaged on campus.
IC’s houses and apartments give you the freedom of independent living with the convenience of campus life. Apartments are fully furnished and feature 1-2 bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Upperclass students enjoy the flexibility of these spaces without having to commit to the stress of a 12-month lease or moving furniture.
