Annual Safety and Wellness Reports
Within these reports, you will find many ways in which our department works with the college to maintain a safe atmosphere that is conducive to the learning environment.
Each year, Illinois College embraces a diverse student body of over 1,000 students as well as 200 faculty and staff, and countless visitors. Department of Public Safety officers will be the most recognizable members of the college community that you may encounter, as we are on campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Public Safety officers provide security functions as well as offering campus safety information and programs. Illinois College must report information regarding all criminal activity at our campus and/or arrests made by law enforcement, as well as campus fire related data, to the U.S. Department of Education on an annual basis for the past three years.
You can obtain a copy of these reports by contacting Illinois College Department of Public Safety, 1101 West College Avenue, Jacksonville, Illinois 62650, or you can request that a copy be mailed to you by calling (217) 245-3111 Monday thru Friday 8am - 4pm.
