Involvement Leaders

The position of student Involvement Leader (IL) is one that allows a student to make an impactful contribution to the College and its students. At the beginning of a student’s time at IC, Involvement Leaders help new students and their families or support systems make a positive transition to Illinois College by guiding them through Ready, Set, Go! Orientation days and Welcome Week activities. 

Throughout the entire school year, Involvement Leaders continue their impact by supporting campus-wide events for the entire student body, and maintaining connections with their involvement groups (orientation groups) throughout the school year.
